We want you to be happy with your purchase. The tables below show how refunds work for our courses and events. The refund amount depends on how many days have passed since your purchase — see the schedule for each.
Course refund rules

Where more than one rule could apply, the most specific one is used. Refund windows are counted in days from the date of purchase.
